I do remember there being an old round called Round Bash, is this those settings?

However, nowadays this is so inconsistent, if a good amount of players join the round it will be playable, if not it will be weird since there aren't many barbarians.
What i would do to fix this one is to make the resource production x2 instead of x1 (value 60). Gives everyone a better chance to develop well and not just the better players, which is something that would happen if there were to be added more barbarian villages.

Also, there really is no point for 3 level researches in bash rounds, its either normal research system or the classic system (10 level) - the 3 level research system has a limit of 15 levels, so it forces you to choose between what you wish to upgrade, but as it is a bash round there is no choice to be made here - you will obviously upgrade the offensive units and that's it. As it is a bash round with a low start level, I would pick the normal no levels research system, since people will be worried about upgrading other things, barracks and stable, and not the smithy to upgrade the troop levels faster.

I would also name this round something like Bash low start or something like that, because there is potential for bash rounds with other start levels.
This round is also not the standard bash round by the way, there is no farm limit on this one, I would add a high farm limit (200 for example) just so people can't make full defense, but i think that besides that this round is very interesting.
