Excuse me? You don't know how to read the Forum in Italian? You haven't the faintest idea how to translate a Web page? Well, I don't see the problem... I can explain it all to you! If you don't know how to do this, you should know that some browsers are equipped with a special function that allows you to translate a web page immediately.

In addition, there are a number of really good online services that allow you to do this at no cost, starting not only from English but also from French, German, Spanish and many other languages from all five continents. Convenient, isn't it? For all the details, read on: everything is explained below.

Google Chrome

If you want to translate a web page with Google Chrome using your computer, all you have to do is launch the browser in question and navigate to a website in a foreign language.

At this point, anywhere on the page where there are no elements, right-click and, in the contextual menu, select the option Translate into English(?). You will then obtain a translated version of the page. Click on the appropriate icon in the address bar to return to the original version of the text.

If, on the other hand, you want to know how to translate a web page on Android using the Chrome app, after launching the browser in question and reaching the website in the foreign language, click on the icon
index.php
located at the top and select the item Translate from the menu that is shown. Use the bar at the bottom to manage the translation languages and return to the original text.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can start translating web pages via the Chrome app, but first you need to ensure that the option is enabled. To do this, tap on the
index.php
icon at the bottom and select Settings from the menu. Then tap on the Languages tab and ensure that the toggle next to Translate pages is set to ON.

Safari

To translate a web page on Safari from your Mac, all you have to do is go to our website. At this point, an indication in the address bar will tell you that it is possible to translate the page: click on the translation icon and choose one of the available languages. Easy, isn't it?

If you use the Safari app for iPhone and iPad, once you have reached the website in the foreign language, click on the aA icon in the top left-hand corner and select Translate into: [language] to start the translation. By clicking on the aA icon again and selecting View Original, you can restore the web page to its original language.

Microsoft EDGE

You need to go to the website in the foreign language of your choice and right-click anywhere on the page where there are no elements. Then, in the contextual menu, select the item Translate into English (?) to obtain the translated page.

At any time, you can return to the original version of the text by clicking on the translation icon in the address bar at the top of the page and then clicking on the Show Original button.

If you have installed Edge on your Android smartphone after launching the app and reaching the website in a foreign language, you will be offered the translation of the page through a box at the bottom.

Click on the word English to start the translation. If the box doesn't appear on the screen, click on the icon
index.php
at the bottom, select the Settings button and make sure that the Translate item is set to ON (otherwise set it yourself).
